弊社の得意分野である超高輝度メタリック塗料を更にレベルアップさせた非常に連続性の有る箔膜感を有した塗料が、超金属調塗料メタルスターMAXです。

弊社の超高輝度メタリック塗料メタルスターシリーズに含有している蒸着アルミ顔料と比較して粒径を大幅に小粒径化させたのと独自の顔料分散技術並びに

配向技術も更に改良することにより粒子が充填構造となっており肉眼では粒子間の切れ目が認識できない状態で連続性の有る非常に平滑性の高い金属膜を構成しています。

本シリーズは標準品もご用意していますがお客様の塗装ライン設備と求める外観、塗膜性能、塗装工程を最大限に活用することができるように専用に塗料設計することも可能です。

金属素材の場合は（要化成処理）現在設計可能な推奨塗装工程は3C3Bです。

プラスチックの場合は（素材がABS、PC/ABSの場合）現在設計可能な塗装工程は3C３Bになります。

Features

Metalstar MAX is a super metal tone paint with a very continuous foil film texture, which is a further improvement of our specialty, super luminosity metallic paint.

Compared to the vapor-deposited aluminum pigments contained in our Metalstar series of ultra-bright metallic paints, the particle size has been significantly reduced.

The particles have a packed structure, and the smooth surface with continuity is created by further improving the orientation technology, so that breaks between the particles cannot be recognized by the naked eye.

We will design coatings exclusively according to the customer's coating line equipment, desired appearance, coating film performance, and coating process.

For metal materials (conversion treatment required), the recommended coating process that can currently be designed is 3Coat3Bakes.

For plastic materials (ABS, PC/ABS), the coating process that can be designed at present is 3Coat3Bakes.
